Well they are extremely quick at responding to tickets, took less then 7 hours. Not a fix but hopefully someday it will work:

I'm curious if it works with any ereader with a browser, if it's just a Kobo browser problem? Anyone else with other brand readers with wifi get theirs to work at Copy.com to download books?
