I fully appreciate that, but on removing a library its Calibre that throws me into Windows Explorer, I don't navigate there under my own steam.
As someone who spent 40+ years in software development I also appreciate that one of the features of 'good human interface engineering' is preventing users from shooting themselves in the foot. My overall assessment of Calibre in this regard is that it's very good - with a few minor exceptions, this being one of them.
What I'm suggesting is that the dialogue one gets when a library is removed (see attachment), is popped
before the library is removed from the list of libraries
