The thing i'm interested is battery life and weight. Amazon is rumored to be releasing a 1080p tablet this quarter. With Barnes and Noble bowing out, it looks like its only google and amazon pushing screen tech on smaller tablets.

It doesn't seem that Samsung is even trying to compete.The Galaxy Tab 3 has a microsd slot, but so does the hisense pro and the upcoming newest generation of the asus memopad, both of which have are 50$ cheaper with 720p screens.
