Dear friends,
I have a Kindle PW and would like to know if there's a way to transfer and see in calibre

a) the "reading progress" for each book (sorry for my English I mean a percentage of how many pages I've gone through as reflected by the tiny "dots" near every title on the kindle.

b) when I finish a book the Kindle asks me to rate it. Is there a way to transfer MY rating on the Calibre library near the rating which I see now and comes from Amazon or Goodreads ?
