I bought 5 Books this weeks. 3 Karen Robards backlists for $2.09 each from Kobo with coupon and those two contemporary Kasey Micheals titles for $0.99. All were mention earlier in this thread.

Oh and out of the five $5 Amazon gift cards from Swagbucks I have gotten 3 of them already!

So 7 to 10 business days once you order them. There is a 5 per month limit on them but no limit on the other Gift Cards amounts. There is a limit where you can only order two rewards a day though.
