If I recall correctly, the Red Ryder model was one of Daisy's ... still is if I'm not mistaken. But it's a spring-air mechanism, which means it's just about powerful enough raise a welt at 20 meters.
Now the PowerLine models, that's the upper end of Daisy's line.
They will shoot your eye out, no problem.
