It shows up on my bookshelf on the website, but doesn't show up when I try to view my bookshelf through the app.
Meanwhile, Diesel customer support is utterly useless. They don't seem to understand the problem, and I can't find a phone number, so all I can do is email them.

Never used their app so I'm not sure. The few times I've had to use their CS it's been good, but there have been a few other posts lately where people say it's not been great for them.
Maybe you can try sending Scott from Diesel a PM here on the forum since he's a member?

Is the book you bought a different format than the one's you've bought in the past?
EDIT: I just installed the app and it only shows 45 of the 50 books on my Diesel account. Strangely it shows the old LIT format books I have, which of course won't download, but doesn't show some of my ePub purchases. Three are from Carina, one from Mira & one from Kensington, but I don't think it's a publisher problem as I have other titles from all three that do show.
On another note it's definitely the worst reading app I've messed with in a long time.
Another EDIT: I don't know if this'll help or not, but I logged into the mobile version of their website using Safari (if you get the full version there is a mobile link at the top of the page) and the bookshelf there showed all my books. I tried downloading one of the ones not showing in the app and it downloaded and launched the Diesel app. If you haven't tried that method it might be a way for you to access your book. It may work from the full version of the site too, I didn't try that.
