Irex were helping me with an issue with the Iliad not charging properly and then I managed to break the screen whilst loading my bag onto the aircraft I was about to bring home. 270 for the screen or 400 for the screen and the electronics if they couldn't fix them. No complaints about their support, just kicking myself for not getting insurance on the Iliad.
