No, it's not that simple. Sometimes the good metadata is in LibraryA, sometimes it's in LibraryB and sometimes it's in both. Obviously, for metadata like title or author, I must choose one or the other to be primary, but when a field is empty, I want to fill it from whichever has valid metadata, and when it's a field that allows multiple items, like tags or my custom #genre, or the comments/description field, I want to merge the two fields. That's how the Merge operation works, and I just want to replicate it in a Copy to Library operation. I'm perfectly happy to designate one or the other of the two libraries as the primary, as long as I can retain as much of the other metadata as possible.
