Sorry I don't have a clue about Windows.

Maybe you can find something in the wireless network adapter's documentation or on their web site about the lease time setting.

My ***GUESS*** is that the adapter's hardware is providing the dhcpd service, but there is a chance that it is being provided by Windows or the Windows driver for the device.

Anyway - great work so far.
