Sorry, after I posted, it occurred to me that you might not have a Kindle.
I just assumed you did since you mentioned Amazon. Anyway, Blossom is correct. It doesn't matter what country you are physically located in when you buy, or what computer you use. Amazon will only send books to a device that is registered to your account. If you did want to get your books on a different computer, I think you'd first have to download the Kindle app to it, then register it to your account.
