We're not discussing Kobo devices - we're discussing KoboBooks.com bad customer service. Just because Kobo also sells devices, doesn't mean that discussion is limited to those devices.

A lot of people buy books from Kobo that do not own a Kobo device.

I notice that you do not limit discussions of Apple or Amazon to the Kindle or iDevice forums.

FWIW, I do not own a Kobo device.
