Search books on author:"," and Select all.
Then go to Edit Metadata in Bulk, Search and Replace, choose the Search Mode: Regular Expression, the Search Field: Author, then input Search For: for (.*),(.*) and Replace With: \2 \1

It will still need some cleaning-up for those few
Authors who had more than one comma in the field...
