The Save template only refers to the case where you want to export files from the Calibre internal filestore to a location external to the Calibre library using the Calibre "Save to Disk" feature..

I am guessing that you thought it would change the naming used within calibre's internal filestore. This is not possible - you cannot change the location at which Calibre stores books in its internal filestore. This is discussed in the following sticky forum topic: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=119175

If I have guessed wrong and you really are trying to get the names when using the Save to Disk feature of Calibre we can have another go at deciding what mught be wrong.
