At this stage I'm now very very cross and am writing a very rude email to the publishers about their ridiculous and unnecessary insistence on market restrictions and DRM.
It's the territorial restrictions side of things that's harming you. B&N are actually delivering the magazine DRM-free. When I say delivering, though, I mean attempting to deliver. I've had an ongoing customer service discussion going with them since 26 June as the August 2013 issue of my subscription hasn't arrived.

I've actually just had to buy an additional copy from Amazon as I don't want to miss an issue and I see that B&N are now advertising the September 2013 issue (which also hasn't been delivered to my account).

I'm trying to like B&N, really I am, but they're not helping themselves.
