Thanks! I revoked access to all apps except the iOS and Android ones for my devices, and I changed my password.

It was tweeted from my account. When I saw the tweet in Flipboard, I went to the twitter app on my iPad and it showed I had one tweet. It went back to zero after I deleted it.
