The spam bot probably got your twitter handle from one of the 6 people you follow it's not a big deal as long as the spam tweet was along the lines of
@Loosheesh Wow! After the first few days I am already noticing fast results if however the tweet was actually tweeted
from you then that means you've been hacked which is possible but unlikely given your lack of activity. Does it still show you as having made 0 tweets? if so it was just a mention and you're all ok
