Only had mine a few weeks, and I had a terrible time at the start...........however, for all the glitches I experienced, I am thrilled with my Sony Reader.
I really do love it so much, best thing I ever bought !!
After such a short time I really don't know how I ever lived without it, couldn't give it up if I tried.
