I pass my devices onto family members who usually want thinner cases. My preference is for rugged, outdoor type cases. I don't care how thick or heavy it makes the overall package. First and foremost, I want protection; and that usually means higher case prices.

Yeah, I know. I love how Amazon charges $20 for a $5 wall charger; and they even have the audacity to charge another $10 for a spare USB cable. There's a definite goldmine in accessories.
