Re: A Famine of Horses by P.F. Chisholm which Joykins posted above...I read it last year and enjoyed it a lot. Sir Robert Carey was a real historical figure who was a courtier in the Elizabethan court. The book has political machinations, well-developed characters, excitement, and intrigue. If you like historical suspense, it will be .99 well spent.
