Coffee on the way in. Rooibos Chocolate Mint in my cup. I have been ignoring the rooibos for a while now, burnt out after drinking them for 39 weeks. I brought in a larger glass mug and my tea infuser for my teas that require boiling water and am nuking the water. Not ideal but I cannot watch the doodad that Stitch suggested in the office so it is the best alternative I have. I brought in all of my teas that require 195-175 because the two hot water taps come in close to that. So nuke water occassionally and drink some good greens and Oolongs in between.

We had a nice vacation over the Fourth. DH had a tennis playoff so we went to watch him play. Took in some local sights, watched some tennis, and played in the pool. TB slept through the night every night in his pack and play and did really well in the car. Allin all, a good four days. The dogs were excited when we got home. TB took a minute or two to adjust to having two creatures his height randomly walking up and sniffing him or licking his face. Dogs are readjusting to having TB walk on them if they are on the ground because TB still does not get the concept of not walking on living creatures.

Of course, he woke up at 4:00 this morning and the dogs decided that they wanted to be up with him. So he slept with me for an 90 minutes or so while the dogs sat by the beds staring at me wagging their tales hoping for breakfast. It was a minor comedt routine this morning. Toddler chattering in his crib wanting Daddy to wake up so he could play, dogs wanting to eat well before their appointed meal time, dogs jumping on and off the bed thinking that my getting ready was a signal that they could eat, Hubby trying to ignore all of this because he was tired from three tennis matches in 90 degree heat, driving for four hours, mowing the lawn, and two margaritas the night before. I think DH is going to have a rough day.
