Why not? The only things missing from your required list is dictionary support for Chinese and Russian. There are instruction in the Kobo forum for installing a Chinese dictionary. I suspect Russian could be handled the same way. The text display for both languages is just a matter of loading the right fonts.

You get about half of the desired with one handed page turns depending on how big your hands are. Unfortunately, you don't get either the "Bonus", it definitely isn't cheap,
