Ah, eggs cooked in ghee. You're right, 911 on a plate. Love it. (I have to make my own ghee here, since I can't get it any other way.)
Today, lots of Anniversary Breakfast Blend all day, but then finished with a 2003 Ridge Sonoma County Three Valleys Zinfandel. A field blend of 5 different grapes, with Zinfandel making up about 73%. Not bad. It's been interesting to see the change over the life of the wine as different grapes come to the fore or drop back. Right now, the 4% Grenache that's in it is right at the very front of the mouth, but then completely disappears in the finish. And the Mourvedre is apparently gone completely, since I'm not picking up any of that black pepper that I expect from it.
