Good morning, everyone! The sky really is filled with clouds this morning, and I can see the line of the storm coming across the valley towards us. It's gonna be a blow! One advantage to living high up in an area with few tall buildings is that you really can see the weather coming at you, and a sky full of wonderful cloud shapes.

I got lucky yesterday at the import supermarket. They had Ahmad's "English Breakfast" tea as well as "English Breakfast No.1" There was also a full selection of Dilmah's teas (I like their Ceylon.) So this morning I threw away all that horrid Twining's 'English Breakfast' tea and have a big mug of Ahmad's at hand. After three weeks of Twinings, Ahmad is like the Nectar of God! Combination of the food lady off on Sundays and rain outside pushes us to cook our first meal in this new country. Chinese style scrambled eggs, British sausages, and English muffins, eaten by an American and a Japanese in Thailand. Ya gotta love the internationalization of it all!

Rainy Sunday... what to do? I was thinking about inviting some friends over to play music, but then I realized I don't have any chairs for them to sit on! Can I say "Hey, come on over but stop at the store for a chair?" Think I'm going to have to pick up a few stacking plastic chairs... Plenty of room for them here... the dining room is bigger than our whole Japanese apartment!

More good Ahmad tea, then let the games begin!

What are Chinese styled scrambled eggs?
