Chaley - Restoring the database seems to have done the trick! After making a backup, I restored the database, and it now appears to contain all titles, including recently added titles. Thanks!

Adoby - I can obviously vouch for the wisdom of your warning - I won't do that again! Since my library exceeded the free limits of SugarSync, it appears that any file not merged with SugarSync was somehow deleted from the Calibre database, even though the files themselves were still there. Fortunately, the restore database function appears to have worked its magic.

Thanks for the help!
