Did you follow these directions?

- Unpack the mobipocket_update.rar file using WinZip or WinRar.
- Copy the just unpacked file V3update.bin into the root of an SD card. Cardsize should be larger than 128MB, but no greater than 1GB.
- Insert the SD card in the BeBook eReader.
- Press and hold the V+ (volume up button) and turn on the BeBook eReader.
- When the update interface appears, press the "OK" Button to start and wait until it's finished.
- Restart the BeBook.
- Done!

You can download and transfer mobi pocket ebooks to your BeBook from your Mac using finder. You should be able to but Mobipocket ebooks from fictionwise.com. Before you download your purchased ebooks you need to go your profile on fictionwise and enter the PID of your BeBook. Once you follow the above directions there should be a way to view the PID in the about section of the Mobireader software on the BeBook.

Sorry, I don't have a BeBook so I can't tell you exactally how to get the PID. Perhaps a fellow BeBook owner will jump in here and enlighten us.
