Ha! It is written not in English. At least some letters look like Greek

Anyway, Google Translate says:

Which is pretty funny. Even though perfectly correct.
It shows that automatic translation is almost impossible.

So, yes, I demand an option from the manufacturers: no lighting, and buttons !!!
