[VAM]

My name is Vernon and I live in Contoocook, NH (near Concord, NH). I'm a computer engineer by trade. I love books and have thousands of them, but the storage space required for them, plus the moving and cleaning and clutter, has gotten to be too much!

As a technologist, I've been following eBook reader products ever since the beginning, and finally decided to dive in a few weeks ago. I ended up with a Boox M92 (Booxtor Edition), mainly because a lot of what I work with is PDF (datasheets and docs from technical sites). So far I'm really pleased!

(I will probably end up with a Kindle PW as well, to take on non-technical trips for casual reading.)

I'm interested to some degree in hacking the Boox as well, so I'm going to follow those threads.
