Well thanks to my own misunderstanding of a June post I read the sample of Chasing Perfect by Susan Mallory [Mistakenly thought the her Fools Gold Series had something vaguely to do with the Movie Fool's Gold] and found it quiet interesting.

Then in looking for a copy at my local library (ebooks) I came across Pitch Black by Susan Crandall ($5.69 at Google Play) and read the sample to that before realizing that it too was a Romantic Suspense (so at least half way in my comfort zone). So I just wanted to say thanks to you bargain hunters and say 'keep em coming' - you're expanding my Horizons
I would highly recommend Karen Rose and J.T. Ellison if you're dipping your toes into the water of Romantic Suspense from the big Thriller pool. Both are heavier with darker suspense plots along with a nice helping of romance on the side.
