Well .... I am sad to say that I brutally killed it by doing something utterly stupid with it .... knowing the whole time that I was doing it that it was utterly stupid, and would in all likelihood kill my table saw. Which it did.
I was trying to do a miter rip through a cedar four by four post. Probably would have been better done with a band saw ... but I don't have a band saw, and I may actually kill my brand new table saw trying to do this same cut tomorrow. Or .... maybe not. Could be I'll get away with it this time.
It's still up in the air about just how dense I can be before I admit defeat. I WILL get this project built!!! Dammit ... I WILL!!!
