Kobo support on go-slow ?

I emailed Kobo support on the 22 June (10 days ago) and got an automated response acknowledging my email and saying I should get a reply in 48-72 hours.

To date no further contact from them.

Is this normal ? - I would have expected at least an interim response to the effect "we are looking at your problem".
