Maybe. We'll have to see how well it works when it releases. If it's technically capable of running all kinds of programs, but can only run them at a molasses pace, that I'd say it's less capable than a decent Android tablet. Plus, there's still the issue of few Windows programs working well with fingers.

I'd be very happy if it to works well - I've wanted a Windows tablet for ages - but at this price point it better be all that and a bag of chips for me to pick it over a functional Android tablet that's $200 cheaper.
