What I have gotten into the habit of doing is if I have a series in Calibre I will number them so that I read them in the proper order. The Aldiko can put them in order by author so that once they are properly ordered, reading them is easy no matter what order any ereader software puts them in.

All my books get sent to Calibre, then copied to my Sony reader software. Then also get copied over to my T1 & to my Samsung & Nexus.
