Help please: lost all sideloaded books!
I did what I thought was a simple operation on my wife's Kindle 4 NT: I turned on WiFi and re-registered it to our joint Amazon account.

When I accessed it again, we then found all her sideloaded (i.e. non-Amazon) books had gone, leaving a virtually empty home page.

So I took off all these 100 or so books (still in the Kindle's documents folder), and then sideloaded them back on again. Still nothing! I cannot load any of our previous (non-Amazon) books onto the device, as I can with any other.

Help please! Thanks....
