I cannot get the CC app installed yesterday to my Nexus 7 to work. I have followed the instructions re the IP addresses. Before I spend any more time could someone please advise me if the following is the problem.

I downloaded Calibre to my laptop in the UK where I live. I downloaded Calibre Companion to my Nexus in Cyprus where I am on holiday. Is this causing the app to fail? Will my Calibre only work with the app in the UK? Sorry if this is a silly question to the more tech savvy people but I want to rule this out. If this is not the problem some help in getting the app to work would be appreciated, thanks, Pat
