Once in a while, Kobo decides to launch a contest, which usually last for 10 days. Every good answer you give (and you cannot fail to give a good answer) will get you a discount code for 1 kobo ebook from 10% to 75% (as far as I know, never heard of higher discounts during the contest).
Last one was just through yesterday, be patient, in 1-2 months another one will appear; follow the forum and a notice shall appear.
