I could hear the Hissey fits from here if calibre changed anyone's custom(even if it was plain Vanilla) tool bar
Maybe, when there is a NEW feature that uses an icon/menu Calibre could detect it and Force a decision, even if it is to just place it on the 'Not used shelf' (what is currently the Left side list of icons)
