They call it 'Bleeding Edge' for a reason

You should have a very compelling reason to need only the 'latest' version devices. IMHO the clients 'I want' only goes so far. Warn them. Make them sign a waiver of your warning to avoid later 'disputes' when their decision come back to haunt them (and they want you to correct it for free).
