It's really not obvious if you don't know to look for download options. Can't believe they also offer ones specific to certain eReaders!

Of course the account I used to buy is not the one attached to my Kobo.
And wouldn't you know the book is not appearing in the APP I downloaded either... so waiting to hear from CS. (And one more reason I love the Amazon return policy!)
