My ereader isn't e-ink, but I still prefer it to my tablets.
The tablets are best at PDFs and comics. The magazines I read are the Dell magazines -- Asimov's SF, Ellery Queen Mystery, etc. -- and they look fine on the JetBook.
Still, it's good to have the tablets with me when I need to do other things. On the road, for instance, I might need to check street directions and traffic, so I bring the Android -- and if there's a delay, I can use it to read something.
But if I'm going to sit down and read, I prefer the ereader.
