Actually you can tell with that one. If you look under
eBook Information: (right side part way down) it doesn't indicate any download options.
If there is a download option, it will say something like
Download options: Adobe DRM EPUB below the imprint and ISBN.
Example
I do agree that isn't definitely not obvious if you don't know to look out for it.
