These aren't exactly new, but just as a reminder - Project Gutenberg Canada has some works I haven't found elsewhere, including three ghost story volumes by E.F. Benson (Visible and Invisible, Spook Stories, and More Spook Stories), as well as the Best Stories of Walter de la Mare, including a number of his best ghost stories. Have a look here:
