Is Kobo filtering non NA IPs?

Since about a week ago, when I access Kobo's website, I can no longer see Aura HD listed under the e-readers section at http://www.kobo.com/ereaders (I can, however, access http://www.kobo.com/koboaurahd directly via the address bar of my browser).

There is no way I can access the buy page for Aura HD at http://www.kobo.com/kobo-aurahd.html though, irregardless of the OS and browser used or whether the cache of it has been cleared. Any attempt to access the buy page will lead me to http://www.kobobooks.com/error.aspx?errortype=404

As I am not from the North American region, I have also tried accessing Kobo via a US proxy (not sure if this act masks my IP), to the same result.

I have already contacted Kobo Tech support, they insist their website is working just fine in the first reply and I am still waiting for their subsequent follow-up.

In the meantime, I am curious what folks from NA and other regions are seeing when they access the above mentioned websites, I believe it will clear the air once we have an idea.
