I have order my Cybook Gen3 and have started to look at what is out there in the ebook world whilst I am waiting for it to be delivered. However what I would like is some sort of way of checking if a book is available in ebook form before I start trying to find it.

Welcome to the wonderful world of ebooks.

When I was in your situation a few weeks ago I used to google "book title" mobipocket, and found that useful.

I still do that occasionally, but am more likely to check Fictionwise, Mobipocket and other commercial sites. If you haven't already done so I suggest you check the Wikipedia mobile book page for a list of suppliers.

And of course I strongly suggest that you keep an eye on the mobipocket upload forum on this site. I've no idea how many books I have now, but most of them were free from this site, Mobipocket, or Feedbooks.

Regards, Alex
