Both, the "JBPatch" and "Collections Manager" work well with 5.3.4.
I'm asking this question because I run 5.3.4 now and if there are any known reasons why I should downgrade to 5.3.3 (or even to 5.3.1), it would be nice to know them.
Only because the font size patch (which some people use, but which has a few issues) works on 5.3.3, but not on 5.3.4. Otherwise, 5.3.4 is fine, too.
