"Neil' needs to take ownership of his home directory - C:\\Users\\Neil\\ and give himself full control over it, and all of its contents
Thats done via the Security Tab in C:\\Users\\Neil\\ Properties
I'd be interested to know if this this a fresh Win8 or an upgrade from Win7.
