I've made ​​this change in Calibre Tweaks, and yet there is a reversal of the title names in kindle, like this:

Dan Brown - The Lost Symbol -> Calibre and the disk

So I send the same file to the kindle (ctrl+c/ctrl+v or Calibre), and it looks like this:

Brown, Dan - Lost Symbol, The -> kindle title's sort

After searching in the forum for a few posts, I believe to be a problem in the organization of the Kindle, not in Calibre.
Maybe you could try using title instead of title_sort when sending to Kindle
