Well, I started jumping through hoops trying to get in on the current sale... again. This time the results are not positive. I'm now told that I am not able to participate "specifically" because I am a legacy member.

I've responded that this is not good customer service for a longtime member. I'm keeping my membership but I'll be buying fewer books and getting more from the library (I'm currently listening to the latest David Sedaris via the library).
