Note that my father-in-law does not call
himself the druid (and he might even object to the term). We call him that between ourselves because of the prodigious ways his fruit trees produce... and the fact that when the gypsy moths attacked the oak tree in the front yard, he went to his microbiology lab (he was still an active professor at the time) and came back with a concentrated vial of something that he indicated wouldn't harm Dave, were he to drink it, but which rotted the nasty little munchers out from the inside within about a day.
