Has there been any word yet why Kobo doesn't allow promo codes on those yet? The old reasoning used to be that the publishers wouldn't allow it; if that condition's gone away...?

I mean, I'd rather use promos and shop at Kobo than go through the process of shopping elsewhere and manually transferring the books into my collection. Kobo's leaving money on the table here.
